SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Procedures  
At Nova Vortex Systems Private Limited by trendtreazure, we prioritize nationwide delivery, managed by our trusted shipping partners who typically attempt delivery two to three times. If unsuccessful, please contact us to arrange a reschedule.  

Please be aware that we only process and ship orders during standard business days. We regret to inform you that if products or orders are returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, refunds for the purchase price cannot be offered. We will not be held liable.  
 

Transit Duration  

Typically, domestic shipments take an estimated transit time of 3 to 8 days to reach their destination once dispatched. Delivery times may vary.  
 

Split Shipments  

For orders with multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days based on availability and shipping locations. This is done to ensure secure transit, resulting in multiple deliveries.  
 

Change of Address Requests  

Once an order is placed, address modifications cannot be made. If changes are needed, please contact us within 24 hours of submitting your transaction, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  
 

Cancellation Policy  

Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been prepared for shipment, but within twenty-four (24) hours of placing the order. You will receive a full refund, supported by an email containing evidence. Note that orders marked as "Ready to Ship" are non-cancelable as they are dispatched within twenty-four (24) hours.
